and/or help facilitate the development of studio space for sculpture
- either directly or on an advisory level.
To keep
sculptors informed of professional opportunities and association
news, by way of the CSA newsletter.
To Maintain
and make available a visual data reference library of information
about members and their work.
To
promote and organise the exhibition of sculpture in both public
and private venues.
To
encourage employment opportunities - through commissions, teaching,
and artist in resident programs.
To
promote patronage of sculpture through prizes, commissions and
exhibitions.
To
develop relationships with Government and private organisations
for sponsorship of contemporary sculpture.
To
provide opportunities for sculpture to be incorporated into the
built form.
